9日下午，湘南比马的町野修斗出席了新闻发布会，因为中山雄太受伤，他被补招进入了日本队的卡塔尔世界杯名单，现场也聚集了众多的媒体。
当被问到世界杯的目标时，町野修斗立刻回答说：“我想打进3球。”
本赛季J1联赛，23岁的町野修斗代表湘南比马出场30次，其中19次首发，打入13个进球。
